"This small hotel is located on a quiet residential street. My double room was clean, with a cosy seating area and a balcony with pleasant view. The hotel is flooded with light and has many homey touches throughout. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. This was a good base for exploring the Southern Harz region. "I enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. Single rooms in many hotels are often cramped afterthoughts, but I was pleased with mine at this one. It had a window wall with balcony looking at a nice view, a comfortable sitting area with a full size couch and a comfortable bed. The room was excellent value.
