"Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"Thomas is an amazing host, as from the get go he was very responsive & helpful with any queries. The Chalet Barbara is a truly magical place and the family history attached to it makes is even more special! The hike up there is a bit of a challenge with luggage if you are on foot, as we had to climb during very heavy rain - but the views certainly makes it all worth it. Stay here if you get the chance - you are sure to love it! :) "

"The flat was warm, quiet and exceptionally well equipped with everything that we needed and more. It was clean and well-proportioned. "It was an amazing property with a great view. You could walk right down to the waterfront and several restaurants. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There was parking on site. The only drawback was that it did not have a washer and dryer, which seemed to be advertised in the Listing. The owner seemed genuinely surprised by this and it was not a major issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this property."

"Had a great holiday here. The chalet was comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed for a week away. Located in a lovely, quiet village with beautiful walks from the door and a free hourly bus into town. Great base for exploring the wider area. "

"Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"The property overlooks the Interlaken area and has simply amazing views. My wife and I took our honeymoon there and we never wanted to leave. Easy access to the surrounding areas and great food in the surrounding towns as well. We plan to come back to Switzerland and defiantly plan on staying at this proprerty again."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bern. Very convenient for walking to all of the sites and museums we wanted to see. Parking at Metro was convenient and undercover. The area had had a deluge of snow before our arrival so any street parking was not possible. I would suggest booking dinner in advance as is was quite difficult getting in at the better restaurants in the area"
