"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"This property was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The grounds were lovely, with patio, arbor, large trees, fruit trees, and garden. "We loved staying at this location! The house was very comfortable, our whole family kept saying "it feels like we're staying at Grandma's house!". Everything we needed was there and the whole house was just a nice relaxing place to come home to after a long day of walking around. Amazing accommodation but challenging parking opt.

"Had a lovely stay in Baden Baden. The flat was perfect for our little family of 3, comfy sofa and comfy bed. The location is perfect right next to the spa and a short walk to to casino. Wish we could have stayed longer but Baden Baden is not suitable for a roadtrip which a car about 2.2 meter. All street level parking appears to be short term (some are 1 hour max stay, we managed to find one which allowed 4 hours) otherwise, there is a good offer of underground parking garage at a reasonable cost but couldn't find anyone with a max height higher than 2.1meter. we will be back but with a smaller car! "
