"This is the perfect place if you plan to spend your time in the bar and need the room only for having your baggage there. Otherwise our rooms were very basic, broken down, unfriendly and unequiped. No sound-proofing at all, no door handle, missing light bulbs, sparcely equiped kitchen, broken lamp, permanent flood in the bathroom, power plug out of the wall, one roll of toilet paper per stay, etc... "We stayed here for a week in August 2019, it was lovely, clean and the staff were very helpful. I emailed ahead to ask if we could have a double bed as I had selected two singles and when we had arrived they had sorted it all out for us. The hotel is far enough from the strip that you don't hear any of the night life and there is only a short walk to get into Kavos. The pool was amazing! Best one in the area! Would definitely recommend this to young families or couples who aren't heading to...

"No attention to details.. Info on Hotels.com is NOT accurate to what we were got. We were redirected to a big hotel as the one on site was under reconstruction. I would not recommend anything about this hotel. Understand that this isn't the staffs fault but we would have preferred that they told us from the start that that they were renovating the Island Bali hotel and not pretending that we got an upgrade. No wifi in the rooms, the breakfast was good though!"
