Quaint beach cottage with magnificent sunrises on Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron

The home is located directly on the beach of the Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron. Enjoy the stunning views of the water from nearly every window. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom in front of the cottage and is perfect for swimming and many water sports.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The cottage has a modern open floor plan with a living room, full kitchen and dining area. There is a large screen television and fireplace are located in the living room. Additional sleeping in the living room is available.

There is a washer and dryer, bed linens and beach towels provided.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Please note check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. This can only be modified by consulting the property manager directly.

Note: This cottage is under 10 miles from Bay City, Michigan and near many other attractions; such as, a marina, state park, golf courses, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and miniature golf as well as shopping.

The sunrise view doesn't get much better than this!
We had a great time and this house. We had all that we needed and the hosts made it super easy to check in and out. The sunrise view from the porch and even from inside were spectacular and made you feel like you were at the ocean. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The view made it worth having to drive to get to places. We would absolutley stay here again!

The location on the beach was great. The home itself is very small. There isn't a lot of seating in the home and it was very cluttered/full of items in the cupboards and closets. The lockbox to get the key was a little tricky but the host responded quickly. The views were amazing but I'm glad there were only 4 of us!

What we loved was the house was fully equipped with beach towels, beach toys/inflatables, toys/games for family (including our 5yr old), fully stocked kitchen and laundry! Amazing location!
Our family had a wonderful time making memories! Just step over the seawall and you’re on the beach with a sandy area to play. The home is fit for kids with all of the toys, games, and outside/water toys. Our daughter had so much fun with the basket of toys, the floaters, and the books.

My stay at the beach house was truly delightful. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beautiful beach. Perfect location, lovely little cottage
We stayed for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. Being right on the beach of Lake Huron was very cool and definitely made for some truly beautiful mornings, even on the day when the weather was bad. The cottage had every amenity you could want, including easy parking and some cute outdoor spots to hang out. We would happily stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this wonderful property. Great long weekend attending the state robotics championship at Saginaw Valley State University. Coming back to the house to relax and take in the beautiful bay was fantastic. House was clean and just as described. Can’t wait to stay again!

Charming cottage
This is a lovely, charming, quirky little cottage in a beautiful location. It’s located on a very private road and literally right on the beach. It’s an older place, but has been updated very tastefully. It was perfect for a girlfriend getaway. The host was extremely accommodating. It’s just what we were hoping for.

Excellent first vacation to MI!
This property was the perfect little cottage to stay in for a long weekend! I stayed with two other family members. It’s great for 3-5 people. The house was very clean and well kept with everything we needed. Our favorite part of the vacation was being able to walk 10 feet from the back door to the beach. Would stay there again!
