"A lovely quirky place in a great location, with lots to see and do. Very reasonable price too. The electronic key was very handy. The only thing was ideally having 24hr concierge. If this could be made more clear it might help, but also point out that the electronic key system works for the front door and your room door. This would help people know what they have to do for certain. Otherwise a great find and lovely, friendly staff."

"Amazing stay with the grandson, easy to get around from the hotel, close to pick up points for trips around the city. Walking distance to Schindler’s factory and Hero square. Chocolate shop inside was a great touch. "

"Perfect location for exploring Krakow between the old town and Jewish quarter. All main sites walkable and close to a pick up point for the Auschwitz and Salt mine tours. Clean, modern apartment and bathroom with basic but adequate kitchen facilities for breakfast, although the bar does have breakfast available to purchase. Friendly staff, discounted drinks, bag storage on our last day was really useful."

"This hotel is fabulous and set in a nice square with lots of other bars and restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing and apart from the continental buffet, you can order eggs (scrambled, fried or boiled) and sausages. If you want omelettes or pancakes, there is a small additional charge. The roof top bar is super and we spent a nice evening there relaxing after our trip to Auschwitz. The hotel will make you a packed lunch for 50PLN which we ordered when we went to Auschwitz. It was really good, loads to eat. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and a real asset to the hotel. We had a lovely room on the top floor with very comfortable beds. You may need extra pillows as they are too soft and thin. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel and we wouldn't hesitate about staying here again. "
