Adorable apartment!
Really enjoyed our stay! The property was cute and very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and other attractions. Our host Roberto was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Always difficult to find a place that welcomes pets, this one was perfect. Overall, great experience.... would definitely stay again.

The place was fine. Easy to to get in with August App. The Neighborhood was very tattered. There are a bunch of homes being revitalized as this property was. They have a long way to go is this area. Thanks for sharing you house and the renovation was awesome. Not really sure how to get the rest of the neighborhood on board to fix up but you certainly took the right first step.

Ocean trip
It was an amazing experience. Roberto's place is a quiet and cozy. We had everything we needed. The 5 minutes walk to the Ocean was an incredible gift to me. I could get my dogs and walk to the Ocean without asking my husband to drive, search for the parking, paying for the parking and beach access. I enjoyed that the beach was quiet and clean. I enjoyed quiet nights. All rooms have air-conditioners, which is helpful during Summer. Roberto was very accommodating, we didn't really need anything. I've read a negative review about children being loud, it was not true for our stay. I think people who wrote the review just being overdramatic. It's super quiet in the area, and a lot of new construction going around. I think this area is developing and very soon will be expensive as a Middletown, or Ocean City. We enjoyed shopping in Premium Outlets. We found a very nice Italian shop - Livoti's, which has a lot of pre-made affordable food and a lot of Italian cooked food. It reminded me Wegmans from NYS, but Italian. I got some Italian food and I was amazed. Highly Recommend! It's around 15 minutes drive from the Roberto's house.

Not accurate description
We went in house and the smell was beyond horrible! The neighborhood was scary and not in a good area. Kids were throwing rocks at garbage cans and littering in the street when we got there. We did not feel safe at all. We actually left and got a hotel. The house was not at all what was described in the vrbo app. Very disappointed. We learned that we should have done our homework on the neighborhood and that pictures can lie.

Great place for a quiet break
I was attending a conference, but I still had work to do. I wanted a place away from the after-hours excitement that tends to come with conventions, and this place was a cozy, quiet getaway close to a beach! The property manager was extremely communicative, and I would stay there again!

If walking distance to a beach with kinda no rules on the beach is for you it's a yes neighbors hood seems a little sketchy I worried about my car cause the garage was n open no nice restaurant near by that I found and no pamphlets at house no salt and pepper no Kleenex no ice or ice trays....house is literally bare minimum that being said very clean I bought wash cloths Kleenex salt and pepper and left my flyers as well as foil and a pale and shovel and ice cube trays enjoy!

Cute little house
Great place to stay if you're staying in the area with a small family. Fully furnished kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms one of which has bunk beds. Definitely worth staying here as opposed to getting multiple rooms at a hotel in the area for the same price. Roberto is awesome and responds promptly with any questions. We'll definitely be staying here again next visit.

Great house a block from beach
This was the perfect little house for my husband and myself. Roberto the owner was wonderful and very easy to get in touch with. He checked in on us (by text) to see if we needed anything. The app you download in order to lock and unlock the front door is very easy to use. He will send you a link and then you have access.. There is a spare key hanging in the house if you prefer that. The house has everything you need for your stay. Toilet paper, towels, sheets and bedding. Trash bags, everything. Even extra toothbrushes if you forgot yours. Coffee, water, chips upon arrival was a very sweet gesture. The queen bed was amazing! So comfortable! Kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing I feel would be nice to have is some type of fan or small ceiling fan in bedroom,.. it got a little stuffy, but I also could have opened the window in the bedroom, but chose not to. We brought our bikes to ride around the beach, but unfortunately the weather was not so great on our trip. We had a great time! Thank you Roberto!
