For the amount that we paid it was just right. It is an older facility, but for the most part it was pretty clean. My blanket had some dried crusty stuff on it, so I didn't use it. The staff was helpful.

The rooms are fine (came for my graduation); however, breakfast is limited to mostly waffles, cereal, yogurt, HB eggs, and biscuits. We were also afraid of a regulation for rental vehicles in that they are not responsible for any damage to vehicles. Slight recommendation for the location, which is close to the university of Nebraska-Kearney.

Clerk was a very very nice, efficient, friendly and happy and smiling (Thank you)!! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and more than 1 per person! Room and amenities were clean. Carpet was a little dirty. Was very happy with our stay, would stay again.

Kearney stay
The room had been recently updated with new flooring and paint. Only complaint was there was no chair in room other than desk chair. The low score on cleanliness was for something on sheets that was questionable on what it could have been💩We had requested a room on the end and on first floor which was nice since we were traveling with 2 fur babies! The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from, however area was not kept clean after others had used waffle mix , cereal and garbage over flowing! Overall a good stay for overnight.
