Less one star as the rooms don't have views. Looking at walls/windows of building beside. Can do laundry at basement floor at only NT50 per usage(dryer or washer). Local small scale breakfast is available at basement. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Easy to grab a cab outside the hotel. Will recommend to others "

"Probably not the hotel to stay in if you drive. The road leading to hotel is extremely narrow, so stopping to load and unload luggage is a challenge. Parking is also a distant away, and it was full when I arrived leading to quite a bit of wait. Right beside the hotel is a highway ramp, and so there is traffic noise which was thankfully still acceptable but definitely not for light sleepers. Lots food options around the area with morning and night market within walking distance."

"Hotel location was decent, 7 min walk to Keelung Miaokou Night Market. Room size is decent but there's no bottled water in the room, have to fill up your water at the Level 1 ktichen. On our 2nd night of stay, there was late night construction (started at 11pm and lasted till 3/4am) on the road in front of the hotel and it was reallt disruptive to our sleep.
