Big Blue Villa is a brand new property situated in the picturesque village of Katsarata. The location is private and secluded but only a short drive from Fiskardo. The villa enjoys a privileged uphill position with extensive and breathtaking sea views over the Ionian Sea, Ithaca and Lefkada. The villa covers 130 m2 and is based on two levels. The main level comprises of an open plan living room/ kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) all of which have direct access to the large terrace (190m2) and the pool. The third (Master) bedroom is on the second floor. It has en suite bathroom and a private balcony that commands uninterrupted views over the Ionian Sea.
The villa is finished to the highest standard, all comforts are available and offers panoramic views.

Delightful villa with stunning pool and sea views
Once we had located the villa, which was hampered by the incorrect location directions on Vrbo, the owner kindly called with an exact pin location and it did not disappoint.Absolutely stunning villa, beautifully styled, lots of room for all the family, comfy beds, well designed kitchen, and gorgeous pool area with delightful sea views.No shops in walking distance so a car is essential. Fiskardo is the nearest beautiful town with a great choice of restaurants/pharmacy/supermarket/beach shops/boutiques-local beaches unspoilt with clear blue water, pebbly so need sea shoes-did not want to leave this villa, it was paradise-would have given 5 stars if the location directions were better, would advise to message the owner direct...

Beautiful villa, lovely pool, everything was wonderful. There's a couple food shops down the hill and you definitely need a car but I think you need a car anywhere on the island. Highly recommend.

Superb views from villa and close to amazing town of Fiscardo. Transport essential however we had excellent service from the local taxi drivers. Service staff were very efficient and resolved any issues immediately. Would highly recommend.

Loved it. As with other reviews though a couple more sun umbrellas would be good. Had one problem - airlock after a water delivery so had no running water. Chap was round in 10mins to sort it - very impressed

Amazing views lovely clean villa had everything we needed my only negative would be it’s not very disabled friendly which it doesn’t state on the advert the Entrance has a few steps if they were to add a ramp to the side of the property that would solve that issue for wheelchair users other then this it’s a perfect little getaway

Our second holiday at Big Blue. Spent hours just looking at the magnificent view- despite the poor weather during most of our stay. All kept immaculately clean. Outside seat cushions were a problem as they absorbed all the rain and then it seeped out when sat on. More indoor seating required for 4 adults. Overall though, a great place to stay!

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, FABULOUS VILLA!
Spectacular villa, world class views, minutes from great restaurants and Fiskardo -- a quaint and historic place. After six days of sightseeing, wonderful place to unwind and take in some of the best of Greece! We visited during off season, so missed some of the best of Fiskardo, but had the place to ourselves...which is probably not the case during high season. Could not have been happier with owners, management company and welcoming community.

Cannot recommend enough.
Outstanding. The view is simply stunning. Villa was impeccably clean and the pictures do not do it justice. No complaints at all but a few observations : Needs some movable umbrellas or, preferably, a sun-shade awning. Pool is unusually cold and the constant noise from the pump, under the outside dining area, a little annoying. Could do with a smart TV as unable to cast to the current ‘old’ one. Fantastic location with cracking restaurants within a few minutes, car definitely needed. We absolutely loved the villa and the staff who are running it. Cannot recommend it enough.

Wow - just wow!
Villa Big Blue was everything we could have hoped for and more - having stayed in the area before I new the view, but when we arrived the view just blew us all away. We agreed it was a case of the villa being better in the flesh than in the pictures!! Stunning, and ever changing views with the yachts and boats coming and going. Very peaceful location, only a short drive to Maganos, with fabulous eateries, Picnic, Kefall-Oinia and Elaia (can totally recommend) a couple of mini markets, then a bit further takes you into Fiskardo which is just charming and totally unspoilt. Plenty of very pretty beaches and coves in a short distance too. The villa itself is beautiful inside and out with all you need for your stay, very comfortable beds, very comfortable sun loungers, sun from first thing in the morning until the evening. Plenty of good quality crockery etc and very spacious - we were 4 adults. Totally in love with the place, communication with Stelios was prompt and he was very easy to deal with and the villa directions were spot on. The management company used were also very efficient and excellent to deal with. Thank you villa Big Blue x

Lovely Villa in great location with stunning views, everything you need is provided, management very responsive and maid service excellent. Short drive to local supermarket and good Tavernas, local beaches and Fiscardo within easy reach. Only downside couldn’t use pool on September as no heater. Would come again.

If you see this Villa is available for your holiday dates BOOK IT. We believe it to be the best appointed accommodation in the area with the most amazing views over the neighbouring islands and Greek mainland. Lots of restaurants in the nearby village and of course the nightlife in Fiskardo. Great holiday

Fun at Big Blue
We had an excellent stay, our second time at this villa located in an exceptionally private location with outstanding views across the water to Ithaca just above Fiscardo. Quiet with really good amenities nothing left out. Comfortable beds and the convenience of 3 equal bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Use the pool !! it is only cold for the first few moments.

Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning views!
This property is simply outstanding! The Villa is really lovely with amazing views, the pool is divine and the location of the hills is perfection. We spent 17 blissful nights at the Villa. If you need to go somewhere to relax then look no further, it’s simply beautiful. I should also say that the cleaner came every 3-4 days, the villa was extremely clean and the cleaners were excellent - I don’t think I have ever stayed in a holiday home that was so clean!! There are beautiful restaurants in Fiscardo, a short drive away and there are some wonderful local tavernas just down the road! I would highly recommend this property! I know we will be back!!!!

A view to die for!
The house is great! Spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Plenty of outdoor space with a good- sized, well maintained pool. The most outstanding feature of this property is its fabulous view across to Ithaca, Lefkas and the mainland. Two suggestions: another parasol and extra indoor lounge seating.
