"A jewel of a little German Lodge in the lovely little hamlet of Kork. The hotel is in an historic old brewery and owned by the same family for a hundred years. Mark the Owner/Chef is a friendly and knowledgeable host who helped us make the best of our two-night stay. I chose this hotel because of its Michelin Guide recommendation, and the restaurant definitely lived up to that designation. Our meal on the first night was fantastic.
