This was our first time staying at a Riu resort. The property was clean, our room was nice and updated, and the food was good offering a lot of variety. They do not take reservations at the specialty restaurants, so we did have to wait an hour and a half just to get in the steak house - but that was our longest wait time. The nighttime entertainment could definitely be improved. The gym needs more than three treadmills - there was always a wait. Overall, it was a great trip! The beach is gorgeous, and pool had an active part and a quiet part depending on your preference. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort!! It is more family orientated. If you want to party, this is not the resort to stay because you have to go out of the resort.

We've always enjoyed staying at RIU resorts in some of our favorite destinations, so we were looking forward to this trip. Unfortunately, our experience this time was quite different and not up to the usual RIU standards. We had issues with accommodations from the start. We requested an extra bed for our kids, who were staying in their own room, but the process was more complicated than it should’ve been. It took multiple follow-ups to get a resolution, which added unnecessary stress to our stay. To make things worse, one of our reserved dinners was suddenly canceled to accommodate a wedding party. While we understand special events happen, it felt like regular guests were being sidelined without any meaningful alternatives or communication. We’ve come to expect consistency, comfort, and hospitality from RIU, but this experience fell short in several key areas. We hope the resort can improve its service and guest prioritization, especially for returning families who usually enjoy their stays.

we had a great time the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. the only thing is the check out is pretty early. 10 am was checkout and no accomodations
