"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). "Fun quirky apartment, but with some weird issues. First, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a mirror, so I shaved in the living room. The coffee machine just got slower and slower, it needed a deep cleaning. It’s up two flights of stairs and the last few steps are very uneven. Also our lockbox code didn’t work. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great ambience, making for a very comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. One of the highlights was the bar staff, who were friendly, attentive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. The overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only minor issue was with housekeeping – while the room was clean, I did have to request that the floor be swept more carefully due to some blonde hair left behind. However, this was quickly addressed, and I have no other complaints. Overall, an excellent stay, and I would definitely return!"
