"We've stayed in Rye Beach area many times for sports tournament weekends. Very convenient location. Neighborhood homes are hit or miss - but in general one feels safe. Home itself could use some more comfy seating in the living area and more kitchen items but beds were comfy and having two bathrooms is nice. Playground is close by too."

"Not much on Middle Bass to do. You have to take the ferry to Put In Bay and they stop early."

"The property was very enjoyable. Conveniently located near Cedar Point and other entertainment venues. A good variety of restaurants close by. The one amazing feature was the opportunity to have our boat on site in the boat garage. The only down fall of the property is the ability to cook. There is a full size refrigerator, Keurig, air fryer and microwave for use. However does limit you to what can be made. Overall the property gets a A++ and we'll definitely will be back."

"The stay was very nice the time that we was there. We were so busy going to cedar point. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the cost of the stay is very reasonable. "We enjoyed our stay overall but since it was two adults and four children we chose to get the 3 beds with two rooms and for some odd reason they decided to put that room directly above the reception desk and over looking the entire lobby. The lobby is nice but you could hear the kids and us since we were over the reception and lobby and everything echoed. We had a couple complaints of course. The kids were just being kids, excited to be in a hotel room. So, it made us a little uncomfortable and we probably won’t go back unless they have another 3 bedroom away from the lobby. Another thing we had to go upstairs and that was a bit much for the kids and when we had got breakfast and bringing in bags. I didn’t see an elevator but there may have been one someone further from our room. However, the ladies at the front desk were nice and great service! We have stayed at a few hotels in Sandusky and I will say this was our best one yet as far as cleanliness."
