"I was upgraded as they overbooked. First upgrade they offered did not have lakeview which I specifically booked but the room manager did a great job and got us a spot with some lakeview. Moved up from King suite to 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was more than Expedia pricing by $125 but then they waived daily parking fee of $40 per day so all good. We were very happy with service, included breakfast and all amenities. Super location. "

"This was the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The room was spacious, well maintained (other than the bathroom door not locking), very comfortable, nice lighting, surprisingly sound proof, and had really good blackout blinds. I could have lived permanently in that room lol. Walmart, gas, and restaurants are all nearby. The only downside to the location is the parking spaces are tiny and difficult to fit into, but that seems to be all of Kelowna."
