The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle,toaster,stove which we wanted. If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend.

A welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown London, yet close enough to shopping and transportation. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bed. Staff was courteous and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and visit.

This is a big hotel a bit too big we were on the first floor but it was a hike across a bridge to reach the room not good if you are in a hurry but the breakfast was excellent and well handled the rooms are comfortable and quiet

"Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). ..."
