"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. "Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes. "The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay.
