Very close proximity/easy access to NC Hwy 421 and I-40.

A little less than desired
The positive: bed was fairly comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Cute decor. The negative: neighborhood wasn’t in a very desirable location. The house needs some work (bathroom door was falling off the hinges, the toilet leaked, a pot of dirt that used to hold a plant was sitting in the corner of the bedroom which was weird. Dead plants on the front porch. The house was also very musty. There was a dehumidifier running in the house, thankfully, but you could tell it was kind of damp. We wouldn’t chose to stay here again.

Perfect Spot!
This was the perfect location for us. The house is charming and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely rent again. The kitchen was well equipped and grateful for the coffee and condiments. My Mom is 87 years old and stayed in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. The bed was a bit low for her, but she managed. Thanks again!

Charming house with all the necessities
Very clean with loads of charm. The house was equipped with all the necessary items. The owner anticipated all of our needs above and beyond. The only thing I would suggest is a new sofa because the one in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.
