Wonderful charming house with lovely gardens and village surroundings. Friendly service from Clair and Craig. A very good breakfast and a bar in the evenings. Good communication pre stay. Will definitely return. Well above average experience. Good pub only 100 yards away and ample car parking.
Wonderful bed and breakfast to stay during weekend getaways. I was a tourist from the USA and the property owners were polite, attentive and courteous. The room was spacious with windows overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this location for you future stays at the Lake District!
Just perfect in every way. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable and spacious. Craig and Clare are very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area.
The choice of breakfast dishes is excellent and the food is fabulous.
We are very much looking forward to coming back!
Lovely property with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Breakfast had an excellent selection with fresh ingredients. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was great with many walks accessible directly from the property.
We had a wonderful stay! Clare and Craig are super sweet and knowledgeable; they gave us many great local recommendations and even maps. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was lovely and roomy. We only stayed two nights, and we would have loved to stay longer. We definitely hope to come back and stay again.
Great stay. Claire & Craig were personable and brilliant hosts. Location was also great. Room was very clean and well maintained. Also breakfast in the morning was super delicious. Thanks for having us !
Lovely place to stay. Wish we'd had the en suite with shower as the bath with hand held shower was tricky for us. Bed was a little furm but comfy. Food was fabulous and Craig and Claire were lovely friendly hosts. All in all a good place to stay.
