Amazing stay at the Grange. Guest house was immaculately clean, room was lovely, breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Michael went above and beyond with his interaction between us and the other guests, he was very friendly, helpful and gave advice about local walks and activities. Will definitely book again.

We had an unforgettable stay at The Grange Country House. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with charm. The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful, yet within easy reach of Keswick town and the surrounding fells. A special mention must go to Michael and Adam, who were courteous, welcoming, and genuinely keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From great local tips to thoughtful little touches, their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The breakfast was simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and memorable Lake District escape.

All of the staff we dealt with were excellent. Staff very accommodating with breakfast requests (gluten free etc). Breakfast was consistently great and exceeded expectations. Room clean and pleasant, again exceeded expectations. Good location in Keswick, 10 mins walk into town. Would stay again.
