Florida Keys vacation home, Family sized and pet friendly home with a pool!

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"We had a great week at Key Colony Beach. The house is very spacious and a lot of seating in the common area where you could put your feet up to relax. We extensively used the kitchen and grill to make meals at home and it is well stocked for that. The pool is large and was heated so the 8 year old could swim every day even though temps were a little cooler since it was January. The location is great - sunset beach park very close and sunset was beautiful there. We were only 15 minutes or so...

Waterfront Key Colony Beach Home w/ Golf Cart!

2.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed "

KCB-access Private Cabana Club, Dock on Canal, PET Friendly, Pickle ball courts

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (80)
"Had a great time. The residence was even roomier than I expected. Very clean and I loved the beachy decor. I spent every morning out on the dock with my coffee and a book (bring a comfy lounge chair tho, the chairs provided are not meant for comfort). Key Colony has so much to offer!! Walking paths, beach, golf, dining. And the Cabana club pool, complete with a bar and snack area was great! I definitely felt safe walking at all times of the day or evening, knowing they had their own police...

Beautiful Home in Key Colony Beach! Private Pool. Dock. Tiki Hut

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (91)
"We stayed for 7 days in December 2024. Property is in a fantastic location. Very close to Sunset Park. Quiet location off the beaten path. Pool was small but a good fit for the four of us (bring your own water toys/floats). The condition of the furnishings was poor. 2 of the 6 patio table chairs were ripped and unusable. 1 of 4 chaise lounge chairs had a broken back, 2 of 3 of the kitchen bar chairs had broken footrests, cleanliness of all cushions for indoor and outdoor furniture needed...

"Loved our stay! It was nicely decorated, clean, and had the best backyard! The pool was great (I recommend paying the extra to have it heated in March or winter months, its worth it if you enjoy pool time). The owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues. "
