Our townhome, renovated for the Key Largo vacationer, is very comfortable. Third floor with 2 bedrooms; extra deep queen mattresses, black-out curtains, and smart TVs, and private balconies. Third floor BA with large walk-in shower. The 2nd floor, main LR with open concept kitchen dining with full BA. Sonos music, smart TV, board games, books, magazines, local info to enjoy on front and back balconies. The chef prepared kitchen with stainless steel appliances; full utensils; All-clad & Cephalon cookware; Henkel knives; offers a high 4-top table. TV trays for balcony eating. Charcoal grills located between unit L1 and K4; and two charcoal grills located at beach. First floor with leather sofa bed, queen size. Linens stored in cedar trunk. Sofa bed has a 4 inch memory foam topper located in closet of 3rd fl bedroom. 100” deep seated couch can provide a twin size bed (next to sofa-bed), also located on first floor. Fold-out toddler bed located in closet of 3rd fl BR. Portable crib free upon management request , with linens. Licensed to provide 6 adults and 4 small children ample room to enjoy a safe environment.
Boat slips are available, but availability is limited; special arrangements must be made prior. Please ask prior to arrival with a boat. The marina rules are to be followed without exception. Liability insurance is required for all vessels at security gate entrance before full property and marina access.
Absolutely no pets are allowed; no exceptions. This is a non-smoking property and strictly enforced. All laws, rules and regulations for Monroe County and the HOA must be followed. Any violations will result in immediate termination of tenant occupancy without a refund.

Your vacation is very important to us. Management will try to assist in any way possible to make your stay more enjoyable. The unit is exterminated every month. Please keep all doors and windows closed. Do not leave open food out on counter or leave trash outside. All mattresses are covered to prevent bed bugs. This unit practices all CDC guidelines for cleaning.
