The Space:
This quaint two bedroom condominium has two queen beds and one queen sofa bed allowing for a maximum occupancy of six.

With this rental you will find a a private covered porch, private off-street parking space, central A/C, and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you may need during your stay!

Located on Whitehead St which is one block from world famous Duval St, "Sea Breeze" is walking distance to nearly everything you will want to experience during your escape to Key West. Walk to popular spots like The Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Blue Heaven, Firefly, Green Parrot and the Earnest Hemingway Home which are all just right down the street. Want to hit the beach? Head down to Ft Zach State Park & Beach and enjoy the crystal clear waters and beautiful quiet beaches for a small admission fee.

Great location and comfortable accommodations.
Great location to all the activities on Duval street but still a quiet area. We chose this place largely for the parking spot, which we were thankful for, as we didn't need our car the whole stay. Kitchen has anything you need, a comfortable apartment overall. Would recommend for your stay in Key West.

Good Times!
The property is located very close to restaurants and stores on Duval Street. I had an injury and couldn't walk to Mallory Square but we got an Uber a couple of times and they picked us up within two minutes. The fare was very reasonable. Cheaper than parking in the public parking lots. I would stay here again.

Great location. 6 adults. 2 bedrooms, sofa bed. Fine for 2 night stay. Clean. Only 4 coffee cups, but otherwise well stocked with towels etc. Parking a plus. We never had to take the car out and managed to hit all the highlights of key west in the short time there.

We were here for a few days during a spring break trip to the Florida Keys, and this was a great location. The place is well-located near the lower end of Duval - easy walking distance from a lot of the sights we wanted to see (and quieter, which was a plus since it was a family trip). Great to have a parking spot on-site, the checkin process was easy, and the property was clean and a good space for our group. The property managers were responsive when we had questions, and it was a great stay.

LOCATION
It is a great spot. One block from Duval Street. The unit itself is little old but very clean. Bedrooms are small. This place is right for someone who goes out during day and just sleeps there.

Weekend in Key West
Clean place in a nice neighborhood near Duval street. Perfect if you like walking to bars and restaurants. A couple of blocks away from southern most point!. Owner was great at communicating with us and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy Central Home
This home was perfect. 2B/2B, close to Duval and all the attractions. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. It has a small kitchen/living area, which was good for our needs, but we hardly spent any time in the home. We will be back.

Location of unit worked very well for us. We walked everywhere. We parked the car when we arrived & didn’t move it until we left. It was nice having a parking space. Unit was clean, bedding good, & enough towels. Furniture was disappointing - no dresser or even a luggage rack in one bedroom & drawers fell out of the one nightstand. Other bedroom was okay. Sofas in “living” area were pretty broken down but since we didn’t stay in very much we got by. Unit could use a broom & dustpan. We would rent again but would appreciate better furnishings.

Great location. Quiet. Check in and out was easy. Within walking distance of everything especially on Duval St. Pullout couch mattress was less than desirable, but other two beds/bedrooms were good. Nice sized living/dining/kitchen area. Having a parking spot and free washer/dryer included was a plus. Porch was smaller than expected. Overall it was a great find for our vacation!

Good bed, shower, location. Bad climate control, entrance hassles, grungy outdated furniture from Goodwill ? Main bedroom has no dresser and the drawer falls out of the tiny end table. etc. Terrible and dangerous toilet. Can hit sharp edge upon rising. Overpriced and depressing.

We had a great time in this cozy place located within walking distance to everything. 1 block off Duval, and 4 blocks away from the Southernmost Point. Weather was so nice we spent most of our long weekend out, but bedrooms are comfortable and place was clean. Property management company was very responsive.
