"We enjoyed every minute of our 5 day stay in March 2025. Our little villa was perfect, situated nicely between the three beaches that surround the resort. Getting to watch the monkeys as we were walking to the beach was always a treat. The food was really good, and in particular the Grotto restaurant at Phranang Beach had not only great food but the views from there are breathtaking. The pool area is also very nice on the Railay beach side of the resort. There are also several off-resort dining options within easy walking distance. Those were also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the transportation they provide from the airport to the resort was very efficient. You have to pay for it but well worth it. For us there was just nothing to complain about. Railay beach can get a little busy during the day with all of the boats but none of that bothered us. Highly recommended; we will definitely stay there again if we decide to visit the Krabi area again."

"Amazing resort off Phuket - easy to get to as hotel transfer was well organised. The pools and beach weee lovely. Hotel buffet breakfast was great with traditional live Thai music playing and we also attended a fire and Thai dancing dinner show. Highly recommend! "

"Tucked away surrounded by the jungle and cliffs. Absolutely stunning, staff were very helpful with arranging travel. Shopping/food a little far of a walk, but nothing a taxi can’t do. "

"We stayed at Avani Resort from February 9th to 13th, 2025, and had a lovely experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with stunning beach views. It is conveniently located on a lively street with plenty to do, including shops and a water taxi station within walking distance. The staff at the pool area and spa were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. A word of caution regarding the WiFi: it asks for your email to connect, and after I connected, my email account was blocked, with multiple unauthorized attempts to access it. Thankfully, I had security measures in place, but I had to disconnect from the WiFi. I suggest using a SIM card for internet access instead. The buffet was good, though breakfast could use a little improvement. One small suggestion: it would be nice if there was a designated area for smokers at the rooftop. We don’t smoke, and I personally get migraines from cigarette or cannabis smoke, which is quite common in Krabi. A separate smoking area would make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Avani Resort and would happily recommend it to others."
