"We came here for a long weekend with 2 kids. The house was great. Plenty of essentials, you just need to bring dishwasher tabs, laundry soap and coffee filters. It really is just a 2-3 min walk to beach and the trail is right downstairs. Easy check in and good communication with host. We had no issues and will definitely book again! "

"First off, the front desk staff were awesome!! Allowed an early check-in and late checkout. The bar staff were so nice and great job all around! The place is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice! The pool area was very nice and well maintained. So convenient to everything in area. We look forward to retiring for another staycation!!"

"We had never been to Kiawah before, but we for sure are going back. The condo was great. Plenty of room for two people. Very clean and nicely appointed. We even had a young alligator we could watch swim in the pond off of the back porch. The beach was very clean even after Hurricane Debbie. Thanks Todd!!"

"Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved."
