Apartment Kiel-Wik // Quiet and central in the maritime district

The sunny, completely renovated apartment at the end of 2015 is located in the Wik district, in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the north of the state capital Kiel.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people and accordingly furnished, but the pull-out sofa bed means that the apartment can be used with 3 people without any problems.

In addition to the attic apartment (2nd Floor), consisting of a bedroom, a small hallway, a bathroom with a full bath and a living room with an open kitchen, there are two rental apartments in the detached house from 1934.

The neighborhood

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the Kiel Canal (7 minutes on foot), with a lock and a pedestrian ferry to the Holtenau district.

In just 5 minutes you can walk to the Tannenberg animal enclosure. It is approximately 40 hectares in size and, unlike the other enclosures, has the special feature that the free-roaming fallow deer, mouflon and roe deer can be encountered.

The Kiel Inner Fjord can also be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
Start here, at the berth of the sailing school ship "Gorch-Fock", for a leisurely stroll along the 4.5 km long waterfront promenade, past the seaside resort to downtown Kiel.

If you are looking for relaxation on the beach, you will find the fine sandy, tourist tax-free Falckenstein beach on the west side of the Kiel Fjord. The beach is natural, there are wild herb meadows and dune grass fields, so that nature lovers and walkers will also get their money's worth. Because the water is shallow, there are no breakwaters and no tourist tax, the beach is a popular destination. This beach is only 10 minutes away by bus.

The city center can be reached within a few minutes by bus or bicycle.

Vom Check in bis zum Check Our hat alles problemlos geklappt. Die Vermiter sind sehr sympathisch, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und alles war super sauber. Einzig das Wetter hätte besser sein können, Aber das war nicht fest buchbar 😂.

Schöne geräumige Unterkunft mit netten Vermietern
Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, von der aus man schnell zu Fuß die Förde und die belebte Holtenauer Straße erreicht. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Als er gesehen hat, dass wir ein Baby haben, hat er uns sofort ein Babybett organisiert, obwohl wir vergessen hatten, das vorher anzumelden. Außerdem haben wir einen Kasten mit Getränken von ihm bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter,

Auszeitoase an der Förde
Wer es zentral, gemütlich und funktional mag, der ist bei den offenen, sehr hilfsbereiten und völlig unkomplizierten Gastgebern genau richtig. Vom Stadtteil Wik aus gibt es zahllose Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir waren 5 Tage zu Gast und können die FeWo nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, helle modern eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Toll waren auch die zwei Leihfahrräder. Das Duschen im Stehen in der Badewanne verlangt nach Umsicht und Gelenkigkeit.

Super Wohnung, super Gastgeber!
Wir sind zur Hochzeit eines Freundes nach Kiel gekommen und haben dort ein Wochenende verbracht. - Jörn und Dani sind super Gastgeber und als junge Eltern mit einer 16 Monate alten Tochter haben wir uns super aufgehoben gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet und man braucht sich eigentlich um kaum etwas kümmern :) Eigentlich müssten wir eine ganz schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen um die Besucherfrequenz zu reduzieren damit wir selbst häufiger die Chance haben die Wohnung zu buchen, das ist quasi das einzige Manko, die Wohnung ist häufig bereits gebucht! :P :D Herzliche Grüße aus dem Westen Dino, Eileen & Lilja :))

Wir haben für eine Woche unser Quartier in der Ferienwohnung in Kiel-Wik bezogen. Von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit.....alle Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub!
