Cute and nicely decorated. Room was small, with no counter space, but clean. There was no elevator though and we had to carry large cases up three flights of narrow stairs. Great location and friendly staff though. We'd definitely stay again.

Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is lovely, really nice building, nice room, friendly staff, and the breakfast selection great too. Very close to Victoria station/ tube. Would definitely stay here again.

"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone ..."
