"Just spent 2 nights 3 days in Dublin and stayed at this excellent IHG hotel. We arrived a few hours early but Rishi , who greeted us, managed to find us a room, welcomed us both to Dublin and as it was my wife’s birthday, Rishi organised 2 free complimentary drinks. We have been regular travellers over the years but this was service and professionalism at its best . Rishi needs complimenting on his service! "A really great stay, I would definitely stay again whenever I return to Dublin! There was a weird thing going on with the heat in the room where it wouldn’t get warm so the first night was quite chilly, the staff was very accommodating and brought up a portable heater. "
