Kilcullen Hotel Guide - Kilcullen Town Hall hotels in Kilcullen, Ireland.

"The hotel is in a fab location for access to the zoo and also the sports Ireland centre which is why we were there. The car park is safe with plenty of spaces although the 2 electric car charging points were in use by other cars the entire stay which was frustrating as we have an electric car. The hotel itself was nice, the family was a great size and good to have 5 of us in 1 room youngest under 2 so in a cot) but the room was SO HOT absolutely sweltering all night. Swimming pool was a nice bonus after the zoo however it was cold, jacuzzi not working and you need a padlock for the lockers (plus swim hats!) Breakfast was delicious, loads of choice with non dairy milks and gluten free options. Every choice of food had an allergy card stating any allergens which was amazing as my son has a dairy and peanut allergy which can make things so difficult. Staff were constantly going around saying good morning, clearing plates and bringing extra milk if needed. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially with kids. Dinner was nice, but very expensive. Booking through Expedia there was no dinner package but I was told direct there is which was annoying but not the end of the world. The staff were all incredible, every single person was so friendly and extra helpful they really made the stay. "

"Hotel room was very spacious, clean and updated. Tram and bus stops in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance. Will definitely stay there, if in Dublin again. "

"The staff at this property are genuinely wonderful. Everyone you meet is friendly and happy to chat and assist with whatever you may need. The bar and restaurant downstairs is fairly priced and has excellent service. The rooms are small, but they’re perfect for a single person or couple who plan to be out and about most of the day anyway. At first glance, the location is “rougher”, but you’re literally one street over on both sides from awesome shops and the luas/tram. Extremely walkable area, we actually only used public transit twice during our entire week stay. We would absolutely stay here in the future. "

"Great hotel. Breakfast above average. Room also above average. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Coffee making facilities, biscuits. Well stocked. Staff also excellent. All good and would stay there again - one thing I would have liked was body lotion in the room. "

"Overall, our stay at the Maldron Hotel Newlands Cross was excellent. It would be nice to have on site laundry room for the families to use. "

"Our amazing stay at the Grafton started the moment we walked through the door, we were early and were hoping to just leave our bags but our room was ready which was a real bonus! The staff were brilliant and gave us suggestions for dinner, offering to make us reservations if needs be. The attention to detail from the staff did not stop there, in the bar later we were really well looked after and then again at breakfast my dietary needs were cared for so well - most enjoyed hotel breakfast in a long time because of this. Room was decorated really nice, a good size and layout, desk with plugs at it is a great bonus not always found at hotels. For me this was for make up and straighteners but equally equipped for working if needs be. The bed was huge and the bathroom was very clean and had a high end feel to it. But the staff make the difference at The Grafton, every one we interacted with had a wonderful manner and made us feel really well looked after. Location is perfect for shopping and a nice stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by but if it’s your thing don’t miss Bambino across the road, don’t be put off by the queue and enjoy their pizza slices. "
