"We enjoyed the property very much. Checking was pleasant with Caithriona seeing to everything! The property was recently remodeled from old farm house to modern farm house. The surrounding green fields had sheep, cows and bunny rabbits running around. We had a very pleasant stay."

"If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here."

"Beautiful property and lovely host! The only thing wrong was that we only stayed two nights. Would have loved to have taken the baking class offered. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind this is the place! And the breakfast was incredible! "

Good central location for tourist attractions. Good Central heating. Very limited channels on TV. Good big dining room for family meals seating 8 people. "This is a quiet group of cottages set around an old house near the village of Donard. It is of a very high standard with modern facilities and plenty of space; the owner is charming and informative. Very easy to get to Dublin: 40 mins to the Luas stop. Rewarding visits within an hour: Glendalough, Russborough, Wicklow Mountains etc. Donard has two lively bars and a shop; Blessington has a lot of shops. Roads are excellent - though very few cars - and it's 1:45 easy driving from Rosslare....

"Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"
