This home is perfect for those looking to rest and unwind, but also would like to experience some outdoor fun. The covered front deck offers a nice place to sit and hang out with plenty of comfortable chairs. More fun awaits at the back patio with a firepit surrounded by a handful of patio chairs and a picnic table for meals al fresco. There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending a day at the beach. The ground-floor covered patio boasts an inviting hammock (perfect for midday naps) and a gas grill.

Inside, this light-filled retreat has a cozy living area with two sofas in front of a 55' LED Smart TV–you can stream your favorite shows and watch any sports game you want! The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. The breakfast bar seats up to three with high stools and is a great addition to the four-person dining table.

Very clean, convenient and private

We enjoyed a short family vacation here. Had everything we needed for 2 adults and two kids. It was very clean and there was no pet odor. We liked the privacy of the home and felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy to get to the beach, shopping and other attractions. We also appreciated the outdoor shower to wash sand off.

Great 4 day getaway!

We stayed off-season Mon-Thursday in March 2025. Lovely, cute home... great outdoor space to sit and let the dogs run around. Water faucet was a little touchy in the shower, but we figured it out. Loved the front porch! Great neighborhood, too. Easy walk to the sound for sunset and quick drive to the beach, lots of public access points. Beds aren't huge but worked for us. It was clean upon arrival. Would stay again!

It was all that it promised

Great location to be cold and to rent to prior criminals is a beautiful thing. People that are in and stay in recovery are some of the most beautiful souls. Will be 4 years in September congrats to me

Hidden gem of our trip

We loved our stay here! The house was so clean and well laid out. We were able to just kick back and relax after a very very long day in the car and the house is so well located to everything that it was easy to go and do and come back and go and do some more things! Great, quiet house

We loved this house! Tons of space for clothes & beach supplies. We had our dog (50 lbs) and he had plenty of space for his dog bed, and to run around a bit in the backyard. Wifi hits the backyard which made remote work very enjoyable. Quick walk to the intercostal. Management/ owners were very communicative.

Nice stay at the beach

House is close to the beach and near any store you would need to go to. The house was clean when we arrived. This is our second stay at this property, the first time we had to go tot he store and purchase trash bags, laundry detergent etc. this time everything was stocked.

Great little property

Pretty nice little place. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and sound. As for the canoe/kayak, you're too far away to hand carry it so you better have a way to get it to the sound.

It was neat and clean. Loved the front balcony porch to sit on and the yard was totally fenced in as advertised for my dogs. Perfect house if you have 1 or 2 dogs traveling with you. We would book this again. Thank you.
