The staff were very friendly and helpful! I had to take an exam for school and they provided accommodation for that and I’m very grateful. When we arrived, they were serving pasta for guests for dinner.

Staff was very friendly upon check in and arriving to our room. Cleaning staff welcomed us as we were looking for our room and directed us in the right direction. The room was very cozy and comfortable. When leaving, a staff member wished us a great day. Will stay here again.

Although the room was very clean and tidy, the carpet was very worn with a large tear in it. The bright blue walls in the bedroom and the vivid orange in the kitchen area could probably be updated. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was exceptionally nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine.

I checked in Thursday night around 11:30-11:45pm checked out Friday at 9am. My door lock did not work so I had to go to the front desk just to get my door open. My room was very nasty from the the bed mattress to the bathroom. My mattress was worn out badly and the room smelled old. The staff however was very nice I can say they expressed how sorry they were for the inconvenience.

This hotel is OLD and in need of remodeling. It looks dirty even though it's clean. There are uncleanable places deep in the cracks of the walls, floors, elevator, corners, etc. Just needs to be demolished to the studs and start over. The pictures are bright. The actual hotel is dark and clammy - reminds me of scenes from scary movies. The only reason I stayed once I saw the room is because of the close proximity to my family's homes in Killeen. That and, once you book on Expedia, GOOD LUCK with EVER trying to get your money back. The staff were kind. The breakfast was sub-par and the a/c blew the best it could. I will stay next door on my next visit with family.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the cold brew coffee!), our room was comfortable, the Internet was fast, but it is everyone we interacted with that will have us staying here next time we're in the area.
