"We were returning to the Heritage after getting engaged here 4 years ago. They upgraded us to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was fantastic. Our only issue we discovered with the hotel was the lobby and adjoining areas, including where we had afternoon tea and dinner were all a bit cold. My wife had to keep her coat on in all rooms of the hotel and though I don't normally feel the cold, had to keep a jumper on at all times. The pool area could do with a revival also, it...
