The reason to stay here is that the location is fantastic. The town of Kinsale is a beautiful place for a seaside vacation. The accommodation itself was a little run down and dirty but for the continence of being so close to the centre of town it was worth it. Not an accessible stay, lots of stairs for anyone who has mobility issues.

Decent enough place to stay. Definitely read the instructions to find it as it’s a bit hidden. A few hiccups on site but nothing that ruined our stay. Bring ear plugs as there is construction going on at the train station and I think a metal recycling place along the port so it got a bit noisy at weird times during the nite ear plugs solved that. No air conditioning and no fan so you will need the window open

Great location. Place was clean. Unfortunately the washer didn’t work and was told it wasn’t a current option to use The property manager only communicates through WhatsApp which you don’t know until he doesn’t reply to any emails and you finally call and it’s on his voicemail. He was very attentive once we communicated via WhatsApp. Download the app and don’t expect to use wash machine and after that you have a great place to stay. Our unit did have small steps to go up and down to get into the place.

"Close to Cork City, a nice walk. Parking limited but we snagged one and there is on street parking but it's hotly contested, I think. Nice facilities - restaurant, and hotel shares gym, pool, steam room and sauna with a fitness centre. Good hot shower and comfy bed, room a little small for 2 queens ..."

"We had the top floor, amazing view of the river and city. It happened to be a Hunter Moon that evening and the view was magical. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
