"This is beautiful property. Close to alot of great restaurants. You have to try Five March! The owner is a delight. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. The service was excellent. We have the most amazing cooked to breakfast each morning. Our room has everything we needed. Loraine had thought of everything. Such an amazing host! I highly recommend this property!!!"

"me and my partner went in and the place was run down the room was dirty the door was stiff wouldn't shut the window was cracked the pillows was ripped the toilet was needing a good clean me and my partner were lucky to book something else wee walked out couldn't stay there the owner stayed in the house next door were wee got the key it was very disappointing put it this way doesnt look like whats in the pictures showing on line a wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay clear ...."

"Avril is a lovely person with great knowledge about the local area and attractions. The view from the double room is outstanding. There is ample parking and its a very good base. The garden is huge and backs onto a coastal walj so you can access the beach from there. It's a very traditional bed and breakfast. The rooms aren't en-suite which may not suit everybody"

A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. "Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming.
