"Perfectly fine ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel situated in the Shannon Airport parking lot. One does not stay here for its picturesque location, rather for its location. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There is a small lounge area directly adjacent to the check in, however it felt too close to the employees for it to be comfortable. Breakfast dining room was spotless and staff were attentive. Dinner in the pub was decent, nothing spectacular. Did notice that there was one-two tables who knew that staff and seemingly chose to drive to this hotel to dine there. Room was spacious and comfortable. Design flaw with shower layout led to a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Prob would stay again based on convenience alone. "

"I travel a lot and this is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious. The breakfast was quite good and worth the money. If I had to nitpick I did try to get coffee separate from breakfast and it took three staff members and 20 minutes. The hotel is right by a lot of pubs, food, and other options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Really nice location, charming hotel. I particularly liked the temperature of the hotel, not too hot and not too cold. Bed was comfortable, spacious room and en suite. Good quality breakfast buffet each morning, and if you’re lucky, a view over the falls. "

We have stayed in numerous 5stars across Ireland and the rest of the world and trump doonbeg is definitely one of the best. Check in was done immediately by lovely gents at the gate and the facilities are top notch. Staff are excellent."
