"The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage. "Spur of the moment trip to Galway with my sister. Hotel is lovely. Very comfortable and a fantastic location for seeing Galway city. The leisure centre/pool area was a little disappointing but the rest of the hotel was excellent."

"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"Exceptional service from all the staff. The inn is conveniently located a short bus ride from downtown or you can walk to it in 20 minutes. The restaurant and bar was packed on our three nights - plan on a short wait if dining in or take your meal at the bar."

"We liked the hotels lobby and common areas were huge and modern.. the staff was friendly and helpful when we need anything .. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "

"This stay was truly a dream. The property this cabin is located on is absolutely beautiful. upon entering we could tell that this place was built with a keen eye. Everything was laid out perfectly. The hosts were equally as wonderful. Both accommodating and enthusiastic, Ariana and Kelly were ideal owners.
