"We were just expecting a routine Airport hotel experience. This is like a full resort! Starting with the airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins and is very heavily used. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel which serves awesome food. Very heavy Turkish influence. service is just exemplary 24 hrs. All the staff are very courteous and mostly newbies being taught by mentors! Our Pasta was served late and they just did not charge for it as they considered it their fault!!! They have the...

"In general, it wasn’t a bad experience. Though the hotel was too far from town."

"The 747 in the back was a huge draw but other than taking pictures of it, there was nothing even close to do. The transportation bus every 30 minutes to main train station helped but nothing to do around the property. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection. I did not feel like a welcomed guest at the reception desk, but super friendly staff in the buffet area. "

"The hotel is close to the AMS airport which is really convenient. The room is very quiet and spacious for 4 people. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Parking included!!!"

"Great place to stay away from the city but public transport can be tricky (running time). Train / bus station is 10 mins walk away and run frequently throughout but just needs planning. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet and clean place away from the city and don’t mind commuting. "

"Good service and fairly clean. Two lights were out in the bedroom and got replaced. The air conditioner did not work in our room 328 and it was 28 degrees Celsius in the night! We were given a fan to cool off. Tech came in the morning to fix the problem. "
