You'll love this adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Kingsport. It's also very convenient to Eastman and Domtar Park. The home has three bedrooms and one bath with all new furnishings in November of 2022. One bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All of the essentials are included for your convenience including toiletries, bed and bath linens, and all of the kitchen essentials to cook as much as you'd like!
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
