Head Manager Richard leads by example with his professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that every guest feels valued. Supervisor Dwayne went above and beyond to ensure my time at the bar was nothing short of exceptional. Special kudos to bartenders Sean and Odane, whose authenticity and craft are unmatched. Their ability to connect with guests while creating delicious cocktails made every visit to the bar a highlight of my stay. This team has mastered the art of serving not just drinks, but moments that guests will cherish. This property / hotel is a REALLY beautifully designed structure, great rooms, great dining facilities, great workout room, etc. Really beautiful. The staff 'says" all the right things but I had a few things over a 3 day stay, just minor requests, etc. Absolutely NO follow up or execution, just saying and texting all the right things. This was a great location for business in Kingston, which I had, but if you are not familiar with Kingston (and this area) it's not at all family friendly, especially as sundown gets close.
