Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. Never using vrbo ever again."

"My friends and I were happy to see that the cottage was as advertised - had plenty of space with four clean bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, functional a/c, etc. We were also pleasantly surprised at the extra items we could use, such as extra cooking oil, board games, and large floaties! However, we wished there had been some mention of how pervasive the seaweed is throughout the water for swimming, and that there had been a bit more communication answering our questions about check-in....
