"The outdoor appearance actually belied what was within! A wow factor on entering with friendly and helpful staff at reception. Our room was spacious and very clean and the roof top terrace was amazing overlooking Trim Castle and hosting two weddings during our short stay. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, good menu choice and well presented delicious food. Breakfast was equally good, served on the first floor with waitress service. Kilkenny Design shop situated within the hotel for anyone wishing to pick up souvenirs. A most enjoyable stay!"

"Great place to unwind after a week in rural Ireland. About 40 mins from the airport, we enjoyed the quiet & luxury. There is a walled garden & walk thru the woods just beyond that are worth checking out. "Two Bedroom House" that we stayed in feels like an upscale condo, nice bathroom, but be aware 2nd bath is a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor"
