160 km north-west of Jyväskylä, L.Kivijärvi 80 m (length 55 km, width 10 km), shallow, hard sanded, dredged bottom, own boat. Shore shared.

Log holiday home 2007. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with ceiling open to upstairs, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds, dressing room/utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), roofed porch (35 m²) with wheel chair ramp.
Upstairs: sleeping loft with stairs from kitchen, 4 beds, second sleeping loft with stairs from porch, 2 beds. Plot with 2 cottages located on grassy slope. Veranda area has fenced-off part for small children. Illuminated path to shore. Shore has shared grill tepee for 25 persons. Slipway for launching own boats, separate road and parking place for boat trailer next to swimming beach. Cottage has mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system.
Area offers good fishing, berry and mushroom picking, hiking, snowmobiling and boating opportunities.

Kinnula 5 km, Salamajärvi National Park and Koirasalmi fishing location 24 km, Vihtori Storck’s heritage atelier 7 km, museum of local history and crafts 7 km.
