"The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The onsen at the hotel was possibly the best of the big onsens in Kinosaki. They provided great amenities and the outdoor space was beautiful with a terrific cold plunge. The room was beautiful and clean."

"Enjoyable place to stay. Spa was nice though it was closed the hour before check out, so it was not super convenient. We couldn’t get double beds in the room, which was not ideal for a honeymoon. Still had a good time."
