"Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. "

There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. "Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "Absolutely amazing, very convenient for the train station and all other parts of the city The staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, beds were very comfortable, little or no noise in or around the hotel. And finally the food was delicious. The only one issue I had was not much choice of non alcoholic beers. But that is a minor issue overall we had a lovely time and will definitely stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend staying here. Great staff and hotel. "
