"Lovely place, our room was a great size with a huge bed, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery. Great view overlooking the main road, fab for people watching. There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. "The place was lovely and clean and good size for 3-4 adults. Location was 10-15mins away from city centre which was great for us. Communication for checking in and Out was great and also Free parking. The only thing was sharing the sofa bed, it’s not quite a double, and our room was backed to the key collection, so we were woken up by people collecting or dropping keys off. But overall great stay and would stay again! "

Close to town, room 6 that I was in was on the main street so was quite noisy from road noise etc. Not the hosts fault and it's close to town so what you would expect.
