We were just staying one night and leaving after breakfast so we didn't use any other amenities. There was a cobweb from my light on the nightstand up to the corner of the ceiling. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel cat, Henry Marbles. He is very friendly and loved by all. The room was clean, but the fittings were old. The bath faucet handle was broken and the water dripped . I had to get help to turn on the shower each time I needed to take a shower. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the hall. One room had their tv on till past midnight. "No one in lobby waited for an hour. Yes, an hour. Hotel looked like it should be condemned. Horrible smell. We left and never saw a single person to help us. Customer came out of room to tell us he waited 2 hours until someone came to help. I was already walking out sure to the diseased condition. I have requested my money back, but costumer service couldn't get a hold of anyone at hotel, surprise, surprise. Am hoping I've gotten my money back, will check soon. "
