I had 3 rooms for my brother wedding everything was bad I did not see any employee working or smiling also breakfast is bad buffet is disorganized first day ate rest of days i was so sick i could see any manager to talk or employee i booked suit room however agent tried to give me standart room which was funny overall never ever again

Сплошное разочарование и несоответсвие.
Такой престижной сети необходимо полностью менять менеджмент в этом отеле! Иначе совсем его загубят. Не отработаны категории номеров с вашим сайтом бронирования, не соответствуют фото и описание! В результате были полностью разочарованы, вместо заказанного номера с джакузи у панорамного окна ( согласно фото на сайте по именно заказанному и оплаченному номеру), предоставили совершенно недопустимый двухкомнатный старый стандарт. Бассейн с термальной водой никто не контролировал - там свариться можно было, а не расслабиться. Бассейн на улице не работал..., а в помещении был настолько хлорирован с мутной водой, что дыхание сбивалось при приближении. На территории так-же не погуляешь, т.к. она недостроена и необлагорожена. При выезде нам даже не помогли с чемоданами, и женщины вынуждены были тащить к автомобилю и грузить их сами. Эх вы... мужчины... В итоге - испорченый отдых перед вылетом. Слава Богу, предыдущие термальные отели соответствовали своему названию и своей звездности. Жаль, что уважаемая мною сеть отелей так некрасиво представлена из-за неразумного управления данным отелем. Никому не посоветую ехать сюда. Ужас.

Çok güzel bir termal tatil geçirdik. Otelin katedeceği daha çok yol olmasına rağmen personelin ilgisi, yardımseverliği mükemmel seviyedeydi.

Temiz havlu olması grkn yere kirli katlnıp konmuş
Kırşehire göre harika bir konumu var. Tüm şehir ayaklarınızın altında. Odalarda klima sistemi sorunluydu. İnternet çalışmıyordu. Dilediğiniz ısıda klima çalıştıramıyorsunuz. Temizlik sorunu var. Odamda kirli temiz havlu yerinde eski kirli havlu katlı konulmuş. Ertesi gün de parşalanmış temiz havlular verildi.! Otelde 5 yıldız diye geiyor fakat 3 yıldızlı otellerde çok daha iyi hizmet alınabilir. Tabi Kırşehir standartlarını bilemiyorum fakat kent beklediğimden çok çok daha güzel ve düzenli bir kent. Şehri çok beğendim. Otel akşam yemekleri için ücret almadı. Kahvaltı, Yemekler ve tatlılar harikaydı.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen en voorzien van allerlei faciliteiten, maar van een 5-sterren hotel verwacht ik toch meer orde en discipline. Mensen lopen rond in pijamas in lobby en cafe-ruimtes. Ontbijt en avondeten is in orde, maar plastic bekertjes voor waterfonteinen tijdens de maaltijden past niet bij een 5-sterren concept.
