I had a double bed room and it was small and no dresser. Overall it was a nice small room. Hotel has coin washer/dryer combo facility. I stayed 6 nights.

最寄り駅までの無料送迎無いんですね
事前に質問で、木更津駅との往復のシャトルバスの有無を確認したが、無しとの返答。 木更津駅からホテルまでタクシーで1000円 ホテルから木更津駅まで迎車代込みで1900円 これでは多少高くても次回からは駅前のワシントンホテルに泊まりたくなる。 ルートイン五反田は無料シャトルバスがあって何回も利用しているんですけどね。　残念です。
