There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. The property is great but do not expect a response if anything is goes wrong or if assistance is needed. "
